Domaine Eric Tabardon
Nestled in the heart of Provence, between Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail, the estate benefits from exceptional pedoclimatic conditions.
It has been managed for many generations by our family, and the cultivation of the vine has always been at the heart of our operation.
The surface of the vineyard is currently 3 Ha.
The main grape varieties produced are: Grenache and Syrah in the Ventoux appellation
The vines are located on hillsides facing east (facing Ventoux), partly on the terrace, on clay-limestone soil. Our dry and hot climate allows us to produce fruity and spicy wines.
Our low production hectare (40 hl) combined with a late harvest, also allows us to make structured, fruity and supple wines, all in elegance.
70% Grenache 30% Syrah Sin of gluttony
Resulting from bloodletting.
With its pretty light pink color, its complex nose of strawberries, citrus fruits and white fl owers, it offers a full and well-balanced palate. The finish is long and persistent with a return of red fruits and a pleasant freshness.

Beautiful, very dark dress. A flattering, delicately woody, slightly iodized nose that evokes lovely aromas of jammy fruit, violet and ripe plum. The palate confirms this woody impression without excess, but in a remarkable balance between flavors of coconut and then pink berries.
