Reservations & Stay

• What are the reception hours?

The reception is open from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm.

• What time can I arrive (check-in)?

Rooms are available from 4:00 pm.

• What if I arrive after reception closes?

You can call reception; we will send you the late arrival protocol by email.

• What time do I need to vacate the room (check-out)?

11:00 am at the latest.

• Do you offer early arrival/late departure?

Yes, upon request, at a rate of €35.

Early check-in is at 2 PM instead of 4 PM.

Late check-out is at 1 PM instead of 11 AM.

• What is the difference between the NANR (Non-Cancellable, Non-Refundable) rate and the Flexible rate?

Flexible rate: reservation can be modified or canceled free of charge up to the specified date.

NANR (Non-Cancellable, Non-Refundable) rate: best price, payment at the time of booking, no modifications or cancellations possible.

• Is a deposit required?

Depending on the rate and the reservation, a deposit may be required.

• Do you accept holiday vouchers?

Yes, we accept holiday vouchers only for payments concerning the hotel.

Rooms & Amenities

• Are the rooms air-conditioned?

Yes, all our rooms have reversible air conditioning.

• Is there a safe in the rooms?

Yes, each room, suite, and lodge has a safe.

• Are the rooms accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, we have an accessible suite.

• Are pets allowed?

Yes, small dogs under 10 kg are welcome (supplement of €10 per night).

• Is there a TV/coffee maker?

All rooms have a Television.

Suites and lodges have a coffee machine (pods provided). For double rooms, a coffee maker is available in the shared kitchen.

Dining

• Do you offer breakfast?
What are the opening hours?

Yes, from 7:30 am to 10:00 am.

• Is breakfast included in the price?

Yes, if you booked the room and breakfast offer, a package deal, or through a Staycation.

Otherwise, it costs €18 for adults (12 years and older) and €13 for children (under 12).

• Do you have gluten-free/vegetarian options?

Yes, upon request.

Do you have a restaurant on site?

Meals are only available at lunchtime.

In the evening, meals can be taken in your room using the "Petites Faims" menu or the hotel's catering jars.

• Are there any restaurants nearby?

Yes, we can recommend several restaurants nearby.

Spa, Wellness & Leisure

• How do I book a treatment or spa access?

You can book your treatment or spa access by phone, email, or online.

A 50% deposit is required via a secure payment link to confirm your booking.

• Do I need to bring anything for the spa?

We provide bathrobes and towels.

Flip-flops are required in the spa: you can bring your own or purchase them on-site (€9.50 per pair).

• Is spa access included in my stay?

Included only in certain packages or bookings via Staycation.

Otherwise: €25 for 4 hours (9am-11am and 5-7 p.m.).

• Do I need to book treatments in advance?

Yes, we recommend booking in advance by phone.

Treatments can also be added on-site, subject to availability.

• Is the spa accessible to children?

Access is generally reserved for adults and children over 12 years old.

Hotel guests: children are welcome in the spa only from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Non-hotel guests: children are welcome in the spa from 12 years old.

• What are the spa hours?

Room guests: 9 a.m.-11 a.m. and 5-7 pm (€25)

External guests: 11 am-5 pm, by reservation only (€32)

Hotel guests can also book a time slot from 11 am to 5 pm by reservation.

• Do you offer couples massages?

Yes, our entire treatment menu is available for couples (except for Facial Rituals).

• Can I cancel or change a spa reservation?

Cancellations or changes are possible up to 24 hours in advance and must be made by calling reception or emailing them.

After this deadline, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.

• Is there an indoor/outdoor pool?

Yes, an outdoor pool is available to all hotel guests from the end of April.

The indoor pool is part of the Spa and is therefore an additional charge.

• Do you welcome children?

Yes.

• Do you offer cribs?

Yes, free of charge upon request.

• Are there family activities nearby?

Yes, several family activities are easily accessible from the hotel.

• Do you accept groups or seminars?
